SkillDeck provides a suite of business tools including but not limited to Learning Management Systems (LMS), Website Builder & CMS, Web Chat solutions, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKILLDECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkillDeck and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.
